Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 18, 2026

This policy explains what information is collected when you visit finalcirclegameio.com or play Final Circle ("the game"), and how it's used. Final Circle is run by an individual developer, Akaljeet. You can reach me at [email protected].

Information you give

You don't need an account to play. The only thing you type in is a player name, which other players in your match can see. Please don't use your real full name or any personal information as your player name.

Information stored on your device

The game uses your browser's local storage to remember your settings (like graphics quality and brightness), your character's look and your career kill count. This information stays on your device and is not sent to me. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

Multiplayer connections

Multiplayer matches connect players directly to each other using peer-to-peer technology (WebRTC). To make these direct connections, your device and the other players' devices exchange network information, which can include your IP address. Other players in your match could therefore see your IP address. Only join matches with people you trust. Match data such as your position, shots and player name is sent to the other players in your match while you play.

Analytics

I use GoatCounter, a privacy-friendly analytics service, to count page visits and simple game events like matches started and finished. GoatCounter doesn't use tracking cookies and doesn't collect personal information. See the GoatCounter privacy policy.

Advertising

This website uses Google AdSense to show ads on its content pages. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this website and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.

You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info. To learn more, see how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes basic technical information, such as IP addresses, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Children

Final Circle is a general-audience game and doesn't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has shared personal information through the game, contact me and I'll help remove it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
